"Gilligan's Island" was one of the most idiotic, simplistic, lovable television shows ever created. As the title character, Bob Denver played the semi-retarded, red shirt wearing first mate.

After "Gilligan," fame began to fade for Bob. Shows like "Far Out Space Nuts" and "Bring Me the Head of Dobie Gillis" failed to bring him the attention the now syndicated "Gilligan" was getting. Worse though, Bob was not profiting from the success of "Gilligan."

We'll skip the dull details (here's a quick summary: Bob got the shaft due to a bum contract and never made a dime from "Gilligan") because it's all on his site.

Bob's site is a lesson in poor design and excess. There is a midi file playing in the background (the theme song from his most famous series, of course) and a host of links and images. Apparently he's some sort of an oldies DJ now- but he'll sell you his autograph too.
